"We serviced when we could our Mercedes and appreciated the great service and on our last visit we thought let's go and look at the cars on the showroom and lot. We tried a Hybrid Camry and feel in love with it. Todd, the salesman, was very knowledgable and was very patient -giving us all the info, Naturally we bought and all the other people involved were friendly, helpful and just pleasant to do business with. We loved our experience at Peterson's! in 2002, when our family was looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family, Peterson's really came through. Todd Pritchard was our salesperson. Todd was up front, honest and patient with us. We didn't get a "hard" sell approach--no mind games! We appreciated Todd's focus on what WE were looking for in a car. We never felt pressured to buy. We also know we got the best deal--we did shop around. Two years later, when my husband needed another car, we went straight back to Peterson's and Todd! Once again, a painless process! We bought a Toyota 4Runner. We love it!!! We have had no issues! I recently wrecked the vehicle we bought in 2002--otherwise, we would still be driving that van! We now live in Arkanasa. We called Todd Pritchard first thing as we started our process of car shopping. We knew he would help us know what car to buy and help us to get a good deal. We even thought of flying up to Boise to buy from Todd--the only problem was the weather! Although we didn't buy from Todd this time, he was still very helpful in helping us compare vehicles and deciding which one was best for us. We will keep Todd and Peterson's in mind anytime we are car shopping. Just can't say enough!"

"We bought an '07 Camry Hybrid from Petersons and have had both that and our '02 Sienna serviced there ever since we moved to Boise. Our salesman went above and beyond the call to locate a Camry with the exact features we wanted and our experience with the service department has been just as good. In fact, on one occasion we had taken our '02 Sienna there for a simple oil change and had asked if they would take a look at a seat belt in back that was not retracting properly. When we went back to pick up the car they had replaced the entire seat belt free of charge. We genuinely appreciate their concern for us, their customers and will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from them in the future." |

"We just purchased our 3rd car from Peterson's. Our salesman, Mark, did a great job for us finding the car we wanted. The staff is all very professional and friendly and want you to be comfortable with your purchase. Mark made certain we met the individuals throughout the dealership that we would be seeing in the future.
